Delete your account and data

Mail App has no separate sign-up: you sign in with your own mailbox. For each mailbox we keep only what the app needs to work, and all of it can be deleted.

Delete in the app

1. Open Mail App and tap your avatar at the top right.
2. Choose Account Data and the mailbox.
3. Tap Remove mailbox at the bottom and confirm.

If it is your last mailbox in Mail App, all of your data is deleted and you are signed out.

Delete just one mailbox

With several mailboxes, Remove mailbox deletes only that mailbox's data; the others keep working.

Without the app

Email info@fudise.pro from the mailbox you want removed, and we delete its data within 7 days.

What is deleted

• The mailbox address, profile name and photo.
• The encrypted mailbox password or Google / Mail.ru sign-in access.
• Sorting rules, notification and sound settings.
• Messages scheduled to send later.
• Device push tokens and app sign-ins.

What is kept

We don't store your mail: it stays with your mail provider (Gmail, Mail.ru and others) and is not touched. Data is deleted at once; server logs without any message content are kept for up to 14 days.
